Isaac, Could you verify if UI is making the correct call to the UpdatePhysicalNetwork API with state being passed as "Enabled " ? If yes , then the issue is something serious since Sanjay pointed out that the db column contains state as "Disabled" .This would mean that the API is not setting the db column correctly in case there have been modifications to the API code.
