Review request for cloudstack and Prasanna Santhanam. Description ------- cloudConnection object should always have "user" and "passwd" attributes. And they are "None" while creating userAPIClient. As we already have "user" and "password" for mgmt server. This addresses bug CLOUDSTACK-2513.
