Issue is with the test file. Work around is 1. Use -DskipTestd=true with mvn 2. Open plugins/hypervisors/kvm/test/com/cloud/hypervisor/kvm/resource/LibvirtComputingResourceTest.java
2. Comment out these lines + “ vmStr += "<cputune>\n"; vmStr += "<shares>" + (cpus * speed) + "</shares>\n"; vmStr += "</cputune>\n"; “ Which are present in the file in line 102 and another location 178.
