Hello Willam, The logs that you posted doesn’t contain information about why BackupSnapshot failed. From the grep information, I can only see the following line in the logs
"The result for com.cloud.agent.api.BackupSnapshotCommand is BackupSnapshot Failed due to Task failed! Task record: uuid: f390af0e-32a9-aea7-c35d-d7aa15c4f163" Can you look in the logs for information after this line which might tell you, the reason why BackupSnapshot Failed.
