If you select the host in another cluster in UI you will get an option to 
choose root&data disk for migration.

I am using Xenserver 6.2 SP1 with ACS 4.3.

So while doing vm live migrate if i select host which is in another cluster in 
same zone, root disk & attached data disk migration will be taken care by CS?
