sudo line for user "cloud" should look like this:

cloud ALL =NOPASSWD : /bin/chmod, /bin/cp, /bin/mkdir, /bin/mount,
/bin/umount, /usr/bin/keytool

keytool was probably missing which cause the sudo error...
