CloudStack offers baremetal for basic zone (see https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/CLOUDSTACK/Baremetal+KickStart) and advanced zone (see https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/CLOUDSTACK/Baremetal+Advanced+Networking+Support). Basic zone support has been there for years, advanced zone is new feature in 4.5; development work has been done, though there may be some small enhancements and bug fixes.
