You can use virt-manager for that, similar to the virtualbox interface. http://virt-manager.org/
On the server: yum install virt-manager xorg-x11-xauth dejavu-lgc-sans-fonts Logout from the ssh session, start X11 on your OSX and re-login to the server with "ssh -X", then type "virt-manager", this GUI will run over SSH.
