I'm certain you are aware of this, but if you really have to move
forward with 4.5.1, why not build from source?
You can then upgrade once we are ready with 4.5.1
As of now, we are waiting to see if more issues will surface before
calling RC2 vote.
I've been running ACS 4.5 in lab envs for some time and also tested
upgrade path from 4.3 to 4.5.
