Move Devcloud4 into main repository
Hi All,
As per the discussion on the mailing list I want to bring devcloud4 into a
community place.
This PR exists to do that.
I have tested all versions, basic, advanced, binary installation basic and
binary installation advanced. I only tested from a OSX machine.
I believe I've placed the apache license header on all appropriate files.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/imduffy15/cloudstack master
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/pull/154.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
