    The PR is failing due to a timeout error on Travis. This timeout problem is 
occurring not so often, and when it does it's not really related the content of 
the PR.
    
    I think 30 minutes is not enough. When the build passes, it usually takes 
something about 29 minutes.
    
    Actually, the job is just stopped, see bellow:
    
    Still running (30 of 30): ./tools/travis/before_script.sh
    Timeout (30 minutes) reached. Terminating "./tools/travis/before_script.sh"
    The command "travis_wait 30 ./tools/travis/before_script.sh" failed and 
exited with 1 during .
    Your build has been stopped.
    
    So, it looks good to me.
    
    @bhaisaab, how could we increase the Travis timeout?
