CLOUDSTACK-8555:Skip resize volume operation for HyperV
Skipping resize volume operation for HyperV as it doesn't support the
operation.
It is in extension with https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/pull/391/files
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
