A piece of my personal opinion on this topic: I don't think that managing Docker containers is a thing that CloudStack should do. RangerOS and CoreOS are really good at that Job. So using KMV or Xen ACS can deploy CoreOS and let them handle the Docker deployment. A tool like Terraform could deploy CoreOS and spawn containers afterward s. ACS should focus on managing infrastructure and deploying that quickly and reliable.
