CLOUDSTACK-9094: Multiple threads are being used to collect the stats from
the same VR
Same thread is being intialised by two managers,
VirtualNetworkApplianceManager and VpcVirtualNetworkApplianceManager
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
