@bhaisaab I am still not very confident if we can remove sending stop
command to when VM is in the the poweroff state (on host) and stopped state (in
DB). But as @DaanHoogland mentioned one scenario I think we can not remove it.
We can go ahead with the current fix in the PR, but please check that it
doesn't break anything that I am not aware or have missed?
