ws: I agree that hooking into the 'Statuses' in Github would be a much
better solution.  What problems did you run into?  Is it because we don't
have an access token with 'repo:status' permission on the
'apache/cloudstack' repo on Github?  I will explore this a bit as I also
believe this would be a much better solution...

ws: I am going to have to get my head around everything you mention in this
paragraph.  This tool is not meant to actually be a CI, I am simply
attempting to build a mechanism for different CI tools to be able to easily
(and in an automated fashion) report back their results to the community.
I have to admit that I was assuming that the different CI implementations
would not be publically accessible, so I was not thinking along the lines
of posting links to the actual run in the jenkins box (like you just did
for me), but it would make a lot of sense for me to make that an option so
if the CI environment is publically accessible, then the job can just be
referenced directly and that would be cleaner and easier.

ws: I am slowly getting my head around everything.  :)  I think it will
make a big difference once I get bubble installed locally and start working
with a real CI implementation.

ws: I am trying to make sure everything can be automated (at least for the
reporting back to the community side), so if I am missing something that
would result in more manual work, I would like to review with you because
that is exactly opposite to what I am trying to achieve.  :P  Thank you for
all the feedback so far.  This is very helpful and I appreciate the input.
