I believe it is not only you that is having troubles. Since I became a committer, I was never able to log into people.apache.org or minotaur.apache.org. My keys were properly imported by Apache and are displayed at https://people.apache.org/keys/committer/, but still I never did log into any of those servers. I believe that may be due to some configuration that I might be missing.
