Pulling a few threads together - if the ASF would create a 
download.cloudstack.org page on ASF infra with the mirrorlist json in it as 
suggested by Nux, we can maintain just that page and add/remove mirrors at will.

Fully agree with you. I'am happy to host this, but for the project it is a 
danger. The domain name should be controlled by the project.

I think that would be the best. A CNAME pointing to cloudstack.apt-get.eu for 
now might be enough.
