@syed given that XenServer 6.5 doesn't run on newer hardware, XenServer
users don't have a realistic LTS release. Therefore, I propose that this PR be
targeted to the 4.9 branch and forward merged to master. Therefore, this
feature would released in 4.9.2.0 and 4.11.0.0.
