Storage from above test run has been cleaned up, however:
Permissions look fine in general, but i note that mgmt server created files
(ie systemvm.iso) are created as user 996 which i assume is 'cloud'.
In general, other templates and templates.properties files look to be
created as root with permissions: 0666
