I don't think that CCC is actually going to happen. My understanding is that they had problems getting the event off the ground. We have tried to reach out to them a few times and no one seems to be able to get a response (or at least a straight answer) about what is going on.
I am assuming that event is not going to happen at this point. I currently manage http://cloudstackcollab.org/.
