I had two particular projects in mind and there are pleny
others as well.
-- One is the ceph project @wido had posted here.
-- The other is Ability to move VM to other project CLOUDSTACK-9737

still open ,Wei Zhou did some work on this I guess. I would like to know
its status and if possible work for it.
