The main menu on the left does not match the links in the text. It is
full of seemingly unrelated documentation that discusses plug-ins
programming and other specific topics that should only be visible at
lower level of the docs.
This is also reflected in the menu at the top.
There is probably do much detail on the Integration Guides, the Advanced
Networking Guides and the Developers Guide.
The top level with a link to the guide is sufficient for an introduction
to Cloudstack.
These details also add maintenance overhead to keep this page in sync
with the details of the specific manuals/articles.
