A VMware blocker issue was discovered due to which I would like to request a RC4. The blocker has been fixed, reviewed: https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/pull/2916 With the above fix, smoketests also pass 100% on vmware/kvm/xenserver (results on the PR). A RC4 may be cut as soon as next week to allow others to continue testing and report any more blockers.
