I thought that @Rohit Yadav had added a baked-in client to work around the 
mysql-connector-python Issue.

Have we moved to mysql-connector-python + python-dns instead ?

If not mistaken, that one is needed during setup-cloudstack-databases run, at 
least I recall it was breaking with the newest 8.0.19 and onwards due to some 
missing dns stuff, etc
