It is for me. Much of my Cocoon work (and some of my mailing list reading) is done on a train to and from work, without net access. I am equally concerned about whether I'll be able to work on the 'doco' system myself without net access.
Same here. It'll take some time until we get reliable cheap fast wi-fi on trains I guess!
