ResourceReader and non-caching pipelines

I think the problem is that IE requires content-length header to show PDF, and
this header appears only in caching pipeline on the second request.

To fix this issue, reader should indicate to the pipeline that it requires
content length to be set. This should be done only for PDF, not for other resources.

See AbstractReader.shouldSetContentLength(). I think it should be made either
(a) configurable parameter, or (b) resource reader can override it and return
"true" for PDF content.
