Revision 1.8 of:
/cocoon-2.1/src/blocks/woody/samples/flow/woody_flow_example.js
removed these lines:
// Store the form as a request attribute, as the view is not
// flow-aware.
cocoon.request.setAttribute("form1", form.getWidget());
and broke the second Woody example, "Flowscript", because the
XSP success page still requires the form in the attribute.
