Fine, but we must then watch CVS commit messages to make sure the woody block does not diverge from the forms block while both are present.
Uh? The blocks _will_ diverge as woody is stopped whereas cforms starts its life!
A solution to enforce this is to lock the woody directory, either through CVS lock or by removing write permissions on the repository directory.
