Sorry to bring up this again,I check cocoon.java source and thought it should be:
<cocoon user-roles="WEB-INF/myroles.xconf">
But when I access cocoon,error occurs:

Original Exception: java.io.FileNotFoundException
        at
org.apache.naming.resources.DirContextURLConnection.getInputStream(DirContextURLConnection.java:344)
        at java.net.URL.openStream(URL.java:913)
        at org.apache.cocoon.Cocoon.configure(Cocoon.java:410)
        at org.apache.cocoon.Cocoon.initialize(Cocoon.java:295)
        at
org.apache.avalon.framework.container.ContainerUtil.initialize(ContainerUtil.java:283)

My file is in WEB-INF,I change the name as
"/WEB-INF/myroles.xconf","WEB-INF\\myroles.xconf","WEB-INF\myroles.xconf",the result
is the same.
Any suggestion?
