Nightly build 2.1 is 2.2.0 dev???

Hello,
I had downloaded the nightly build cocoon-2.1_20040731161331. But what I 
got after compiling was cocoon-2.2.0dev? Heahh?  Is the snapshot 
algorithm wrong?
