jfor files are available on sourceforge
Indeed, the jfor.org webserver is unreachable. There is a problem with 
its DNS configuration.

The source files are available at http://sourceforge.net/projects/jfor/
Will this help in the meantime? If you need files that were only 
available on the jfor.org website, please send me an email, I will fetch 
them and send them to you.

I'll try to fix it ASAP, I am wainting Bertrand's answer. I am caring of 
the servers during Bertrand's trip, but I have no access to the faulty 
DNS config.
