I have tested with cocoon 2.1.5.1 final
If I was not clear; it was a hint: you supposed to read status.xml, see that this bug is fixed some time ago, download 2.1.6-dev, test it, see that is is really fixes the issue (or not), and report back with results ("thanks, it works", "no, it still does not work").
