Not sure if cache-at-startup is relevant anymore. I'd probably go for cacheable and reloadable parameters - makes more sense to me.

No, all I'm saying that probably you can re-write the i18n to use cacheable / reloadable parameter instead of useless "cache-at-startup".

OK, I will see what I can do, no promises ...... dependent on workload ......
