I don't think the inconsistency (COB-INF -> block.xml) is a big deal. There is also a META-INF and it does not have a meta.xml in it. In fact, it would have the added benefit of helping people guess what the heck a "COB" is if they are just browsing around the FS. I think this argument was made before. Geoff
