Hmm... given the lastest facts (thanks Ralph!). Now is no clear what is the "right thing" to do. AFAIK a Contributor != an ASF committer. We should look for an explanation, please post to the legal@ for getting a final decision of this. Best Regards, Antonio Gallardo
