Roy, the javaflow magic is based on bytecode rewriting. See./src/blocks/javaflow/java/org/apache/cocoon/components/flow/java/ ContinuationClassLoader.java
the transform method provides a byte[] with the new class that would need to be saved into a file. I would need the original .class file and what's inside that array. Unfortunately 2.1 still uses the old javaflow version. Trunk already uses the javaflow version from jakarta http://jakarta.apache.org/commons/sandbox/javaflow ...but the cforms integration has not yet been ported to trunk.
