Thanks to infrastructure, I now have the right to import the Bugzilla issues and set up Cocoon's JIRA setup.

I'd like to create a test project so that you guys can see it running live, and figure out whether it's a good solution for us as a group or not. Again, I'm going to set up a _test_, I'll set it up so that only people in the Cocoon group can see the project and can do anything with it (so that users won't get confused). Is that all right for you guys?
