However Ross was referring to the Daisy navigation document, in which
all the old file names have been added as node IDs, if you browse around
in the legacydocs on Daisy you'll see that the URLs are as before.

If it is too difficult to reuse this information in forrest, as an
alternative we can always wget the docs from Daisy (after adding a skin
that hides the online actions and maybe is a bit more blue).
