It is linked at the bottom of: http://cocoon.zones.apache.org/daisy/legacydocs/654.html However Ross was referring to the Daisy navigation document, in which all the old file names have been added as node IDs, if you browse around in the legacydocs on Daisy you'll see that the URLs are as before.
