You have not heard what a US President (JFK?) once answered when asked how long he needed to prepare a speech; If it is 5 minutes long, I need a few weeks. If it is 20 min I need a day, and if it is an hour or longer I can start right away... (or something along those lines). ;o) Cheers Niclas
