Ok, working through the instructions in the README.txt (which looks more
recent than
http://cocoon.zones.apache.org/daisy/documentation/g1/798.html), I've
got to the "HOW TO START THE COCOON WEBAPP (NON OSGI MODE)" step which
says to do this: mvn clean install
... however, some of the tests fail:

Tests run: 2, Failures: 1, Errors: 1, Skipped: 0, Time elapsed: 1.034

Running org.apache.cocoon.template.jxtg.JXTemplateGeneratorTestCase
Tests run: 14, Failures: 1, Errors: 1, Skipped: 0, Time elapsed: 5.074
sec <<< FAILURE!
Should we change the instructions to mvn clean install
-Dmaven.test.skip=true ? (Or maybe we need to fix all the tests and
remove the test.skip from the README?)
