I made some noise a few months ago about the repository poms. There are 3 or 4 issues currently in JIRA regarding this. I also agree that it is an issue.

I think we all recognise there are some issues, particularly with ibiblio dropping out consistently, and also issues with transitivity and versioning that have been raised on the [EMAIL PROTECTED] thread. I'm not sure what "messed up repository" issues you are having, but would like to hear about it.
