No, the jcr api has not been removed, we never had it in our repository
(due to licencing problems). The jcr block is disabled by default and
has a readme which explains how to build the block (first downloading
the api etc.).

... but: Woody block does neither compile due to missing outerj stuff. I
could have a look at it in the evening, if nobody gets it done in the
meantime.
