This patch adds possibility of reconfiguration all properties during runtime
using JMX operations. It is using cocoon-spring-configurator to obtain and
modify properties.
This patch renames also package in with previous code was. Now it is more
abstract IMHO.
I'll send documentation for this part together with documentation for
statistics module.
