If its the first commons-dbutils release using m2 (very likely), send
an email to [email protected] asking for the "commons-dbutils" groupId to
be added to the m2 central repo rsync scripts.
Is it possible for the groupId to be org.apache.commons? That is the
preferred maven convention.
