I appreciate that its the spirit that matters rather than a hard
number. OTOH 72+ is canonically sound and theres side-effects to
introducing special cases IMO.
Looks like 5.5.28 isn't till mid next week maybe.
You are right. I should have gone with 72, per normal practice. I will
hold the vote 72 hours from initial post. So it will close (GMT
