Mea culpa.
It seems to be working again now. For a few days Gump was broken and
really provided the version of xml-apis that mvn built projects asked
for instead of the one built from trunk - and the one
commons-configuration asks for obviously doesn't work with Xerces'
trunk.
Gump has been fixed, commons-configuration-test passes with the
combination of trunk versions of Xerces and xml-apis again.
