In fact I was thinking about the functions (also multivariate) used in e.g.
"MinpackTest.java"; I assume that they were devised to stress test some
algorithms, so maybe it is useful to some people who would like to get
access to "difficult" functions (e.g. to double-check the CM code ;-)
