Hi [net]ers,

subject says it all: do you know if there is any open-source Java implementation of a parser for MRT file format [1] -- more specifically BGP data files (updates and table dumps)? There are implementations in other languages [2][3], but after googling a bit I could not find anything relevant in Java.

Second question: if the answer to the above is "no", do you think it would make sense to implement it somewhere in Commons? Would [net] be the best place for it?
