Builds and tests run fine. Apache Maven 3.2.1 (ea8b2b07643dbb1b84b6d16e1f08391b666bc1e9; 2014-02-14T18:37:52+01:00) Java version: 1.8.0_05, vendor: Oracle Corporation Java home: /Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/jdk1.8.0_05.jdk/Contents/Home/jre Default locale: de_DE, platform encoding: UTF-8 OS name: "mac os x", version: "10.9.5", arch: "x86_64", family: "mac" > - assemblies can be found here > https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachecommons-1061/org/apache/commons/commons-jcs-dist/2.0-RC1/ > (I didn't copy them in another place since I guess it is ok to use > nexus for it) The content of the bin distribution looks a bit strange. Normally I'd expect the jars and some docs (e.g. the site). There is no documentation in the bin package whatsoever, not even a README. What do others think? The src-package looks ok to me. Please make sure that the *.asc.md5 and *.asc.sha1 files are removed before publishing the artifacts. > - tag is here: > svn.apache.org/repos/asf/commons/proper/jcs/tags/commons-jcs-2.0-RC1/ > - Site staging is: http://people.apache.org/~rmannibucau/commons-jcs-2.0-RC1/ The bit about JCS and JCACHE (JSR-107) is no longer true, isn't it? Would you care updating it with the information about commons-jcs-jcache? > - rat report is: > http://people.apache.org/~rmannibucau/commons-jcs-2.0-RC1/rat-report.html > - KEYS: https://www.apache.org/dist/commons/KEYS > > > Please review the release candidate and vote. > This vote will close no sooner that 72 hours from now or until we get > 3 PMC votes. > > [ ] +1 Release these artifacts > [ ] +-0 OK, but... > [ ] -1 I oppose this release because... +1 Thanks for the effort.
