The content of the bin distribution looks a bit strange. Normally I'd
expect the jars and some docs (e.g. the site). There is no documentation
in the bin package whatsoever, not even a README. What do others think?
The src-package looks ok to me.

Please make sure that the *.asc.md5 and *.asc.sha1 files are removed
before publishing the artifacts.

The bit about JCS and JCACHE (JSR-107) is no longer true, isn't it?
